- TTTanisia4 days ago1.0Do not waste your time! Called them & told them we were locked out of our vehicle at the Commissary. We gave them the address information multiple times, as well as phone number: We were told to wait on a technition to contact us in a few minutes. It's been 20 minutes. We called back & a different rep answered & said someone was about to call us. Still, nothing. Called them 5 times & no one is helping. Maybe because we are Black, military, & not "local", they don't feel we deserve proper customer service. We made sure to record the calls after the 1st technition lied to us. It's unfortunate, but it's life. We know to never contact this company again. Will make sure to warn others of their lack of compassion & poor customer service skills. 🤙🏽
