  Professional job. We needed to find a tree service company to cut and remove our 25 ft. Coconut tree. We agreed to a price after sending Rocky photos of our tree. Impressive work and coordination and containment of tree leaves, trunk, stump, and roots. The hole was filled in where the tree used to be. Watching how the worker climbed up the tree and cut everything down was amazing. The workers were hard working and very professional. Cleaned up all the debris and left my yard in pristine condition. Thank you!!!

  Rocky came out right away and gave me an estimate on removing a badly leaning ponytail palm tree. The process was to involve cutting the tree down, then grinding the stump for $480.00. I would then have to wait several weeks for the root system to die before replanting. Rocky called me promptly at 8:03 am to say they were here. One of his workers literally pushed the tree over with his bare hands, roots came up and everything. They cut it up and were literally finished in less than 20 minutes (it was 8:22, I looked). His workers were laughing because some of them didn't have to lift a finger. There was no stump to grind, and I'll be able to replant right away because all of the roots came up with it. However, he still charged me the full $480. In all fairness, communication with Rocky was great. He was prompt, even early, and a genuinely nice guy. He came with a several workers, a stump grinder, and chain saws expecting a bigger job. I don't have any complaints on the work itself, it just would have been nice to have the price adjusted to reflect a 15-20 minute job.

  I needed a large coconut tree cut down in my backyard. I called Ohana Tree Service and spoke to Rocky. After sending a picture of the tree he was able to give me a price to remove the tree which was more reasonable than other quotes I received. He and his crew arrived right on time this morning and got to work immediately. They were very efficient and an hour later the tree and all the rubbish was gone. I would highly recommend Rocky and his team.

  I have been trying for well over a month to confirm an appointment. While all of my conversations with Rocky have been extremely pleasant, he first missed our initial appointment for a quote - no problem, I understand good help can be hard to come by. So we reschedule and he calls to say he'll be late. Again, no problem. Get a quote and this is where it all goes downhill. I didn't find his quote unfair in any way but I emailed to say I wanted to schedule. No response so I call and was told, call back in 5 days as he doesn't have the calendar. I've called and no return call, no courtesy email. If you need someone prompt and attentive, look elsewhere! Not angry at all but wishing service was better as Rocky was very helpful.
