I called Extra Space Storage and was warmly greeted by Maka. She was efficient, kind and most of all calming. She explained the process, gathered all my information and made me feel like I mattered. Maka gave me suggestions for movers and options for dates to move my things into storage! I had somehow gotten the wrong number twice in my attempt to reconnect with Extra Space and Maka! By the time I heard her pleasant and friendly voice I was in tears! Extra Space is very lucky to have a wonderful, kind employee like Maka. All my necessary info will arrive by email.
