- LMLoraine MulraneNov 26, 20241.0Very frustrated, bought the pricey Vanguard Model about 3 years ago and now it's leaking so bad it's unusable unless you want to waste water and fill it up everyday to sit in cold water. Overnight the spa empties to ankle depth. Service department consists of one person for the entire island of Maui. Nice and knowledgeable guy, but has too much work for one person. It's close to a month since we contacted Maui Pool Supplies about the leak and all we get told is that they're swamped with repairs. You'd think being that swamped they'd hire extra help. So sorry that we purchased the spa from them.
