We struggled keeping up with payments and then this past august Maui beat us down so bad we moved to Hilo, leaving all of our things in storage and praying it would be better for us here. Took a while to get on our feet, yet Frank and the entire staff stayed in contact with us and helped us beyond anything! He worked with us not to lose all of our belonging in auction. They actually CARED about us and our situation and our things and helped us not to lose it. Gave us the grace and helped arranged it to where we could come in and remove everthing in time before it was all lost. It's been a heck of a time but Thanks to the Ohukai location, we are able to save our items and not suffer another loss. This is BEST PLACE clean, friendly and caring
- DPDana PerryDec 10, 20252.0Dont store your vehicle here! There are people (tweakers) living in the garage units, and they can't do anything about evicting them! I thought my car was safe there, but it got broken into, and then when I returned from working on the mainland to pick up my car at 8:30 at night, I was terrified to even try to get it. Lots of after hour activity there. The managers hands are tied, as their security cameras do not cover many of the parking spaces and the tweakers know it! Frank the manager is awesome, but because I didn't know about this extra $15 per month that would have covered my stolen paddleboard, toolbox, landscaping tools for my work, books, fishing poles, and my bedding and clothes, and other things, I am s.o.l. I hope Karma gets those who stole my stuff out of my car! DO NOT PAY TO STORE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Oh, AND, they jacked up the rent almost double without notifying me! I noticed after second month of autopsy, and they said they sent a letter TO MY KIHEI ADDRESS I WAS NOT AT (hence, the need to store my car)...
