- NNNiki NG3 days ago5.0Mahalo Nui Loa to Ashley & Christine!!! What a delightful experience! My experience with the Kahalui location was absolutely awful & unprofessional! These ladies welcomed me with open arms; provided a very suitable storage unit for me; professionally explained & outlined the process of moving in, setting up code & payments easily & understandably. The customer service is higher than it used to be when there were ladies running the Kahalui location. After the horrible fiasco of having my unit broken into at Kahalui, & having the new management there dismiss & ghost me, these ladies not only welcomed me but Ashley went above & beyond to rectify my break-in situation from the Kahalui location. She assured me of my professional safety with Extra Space Storage, & solidified my return since I had to move out of Kahalui. I request that Extra Space Storage provide the proper accolades to these ladies. They're outstanding professionalism, easy & understandable communication, & high level customer service is commendable. Extra Space Storage, you provide upstanding professional training at this location. Ashley, you have restored my professional faith back with Extra Space Storage. I am so grateful to you.
