I called for about 14 weeks in a row, leaving messages that never got returned. They didn't answer the phone for months. Finally, I reached someone who said they were going to send someone out to take a look, and the person didn't show up. I went around in circles with them for almost 2 years before I just hired another company that did the job right. The company I hired that did a good job shared with me that Justice is infamous for doing a bad job and not honoring their warranty.

Most important, they uphold their 4 year warranty. Last year, they tented our home and the treatment didn’t last. Something went wrong, which Justin said happens from time to time. Although it was a hassle (for us and them) doing ALL the prep two years in a row, I was pleased that they stood by their warranty and offered me FREE re-tenting.
