There was no difference between insect activity prior to the service and the days following. Tried to follow up with the Company to get them to re spray or refund and received no responses.

From the initial scheduling through the final clearing Absolute did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status. On the day of tenting the crew showed up exactly on time. I have called many times and was told 4+ times that I would receive a call back regarding my billing issue but I’m still waiting. They incorrectly charged me & have been hesitant to correct the issue. Their costumer service is awful. The guys that come out are great, scheduling is fine, but if you have a larger issue, they are useless & it is quite frustrating!!! The multiple times I asked to speak with a manager the response was “they are away.” It all feels so sketchy!! Avoid Absolute Termite & Pest Control if you’d like to keep your peace of mind.
