- SOSean Owens2 days ago1.0I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate on Saturday, January 10, between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. It is now after 12:00 p.m., and there has been no arrival, phone call, or email from Absolute Pest Control to cancel, reschedule, or notify me of a delay. I also attempted to call the phone number listed in the email and on Google, but received no answer or return call. While I’m glad to see that other customers appear satisfied with their service, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Absolute Pest Control. *** UPDATE *** Finally received a call from the tech saying he was in route to my house at 1:17. Stated we were just added to his schedule by dispatch. The only reason we were added was because someone else cancelled. Communication with this company is a complete failure.

The girl who answered had pitched me and said maybe we can offer you a competitive price, I checked back and they did. It also worked to Absolute's advantage that the sales rep from Orkin said something racist like "you want professionals from an established mainland company coming to your house in uniform or local people in shorts and flip flops." Pilau, obviously now I'm definitely going with Absolute (and they have never come to my house looking unprofessional). The staff is always super helpful, very friendly, and super accommodating. They're cheaper than Orkin too! Support local.
