Similar to the other poor reviews, my technician arrived late and outside of the time window I was given so I missed their call. When I called back 15 minutes later I was told I would have to reschedule. Since then it has been a nightmare. This company has charged my credit card 5 times for a total of over $2,000 for what should have been a $500 service that was NEVER performed. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication throughout this entire ordeal. I made multiple attempts to reach upper management and never received a single callback. No one contacted me before these additional charges were applied to my card. They simply kept charging a card on file without authorization, without notice, and without any attempt to resolve the situation. I feel robbed. If you are considering using this company, please think twice. A business that cannot communicate, will not return calls from management, and repeatedly charges your card without notice is not one you want access to your home or your payment information.
