These clowns lost a customer over a $20 ($15 on Amazon) item. I had purchased repair kits for toilets when I needed them. When I opened the box several months later, when I needed it, a part was missing.
They refused to replace the item with another just like it according to their customer policy. The manager refused to come talk to me. The customer service person was rude and hostile. Over the years have spent thousands in that store...NO MORE...only Home Depot for everything going forward !
