While on-island we purchased a refrigerator for our rental property. There was an issue with the equipment, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone by phone. After repeated calls to the appliance department (no one every answered); messages left for the appliance manager (not one message returned); and emails to the store manager and to corporate (without a meaningful reply); we were advised that we would should come into the store to talk to someone about the issue. Not going to fly to Hawaii from Colorado just to have a conversation that could happen over email or the phone. WE FINALLY JUST GAVE UP!! Not worth the frustration. Will NEVER EVER make another major purchase from this Lowe's location!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
