Within 9 months, my unit went from $150 a month, all the way up to $400 dollars a month. Auto paying your bill just makes sure you don't know when they jack up the rate on you. Nobody calls to say anything about a rent increase. Pick a different company for storage in Kailua Kona.

Administrative fees, you’re required to get there $52 a month insurance that only covers $10,000 and buy there $20 padlock. Be prepared when you go in that your first bill is twice the price and count the additional $52 for insurance.
