Not one associate bothered stopping and acknowledging anyone to ask if we needed assistance or acknowledgement of us at all. This location needs improvement on customer service skills.

Tried to give a lot of leeway due to the storms and the delays that can cause, but the big factor in why 1 star because I tried to call the store several times to see what the progress is on delivery only for no on to answer several times. I can understand late deliveries in this weather, but not picking up the phone after several calls is not chill. Ended up just calling Lowes general customer care to try up get a refund, but due to other issues with people saying they have the buckets and some saying they don't and even the general care person being unable to get in touch with the store, I can't get a refund either. So now I am down 10$ and have 0 buckets. I feel scammed.

At the 30 minute mark I left. The store wasn’t even busy. I’m starting to think my race as a black man’s played a part of the non existent customer service. I went to Home Depot it only took 2 mins in and out. I won’t be shopping here anymore. My colleagues won’t be either. I see my Maui can’t keep medical professional.

They also said they would give me an estimated time of delivery the day before. Well, I got nothing so I call the store and they have AI answering calls. They're telling me now that it'll be delivered on the 7th. How inconsiderate of a big company to do that to us. I WILL NEVER USE LOWES AGAIN!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
