DO NOT EVER EVER HAVE LOWE"S DO A FLOOR INSTALL FOR YOU!
They "completed" my floor yesterday it has a lot of terrible very obvious black marks. The manufacturer supplied the installer with a defective product. And now we have defective floor .. We were told that they would rip everything out but we would still be stuck paying for the materials (flooring). They are very clear that no compensation will be refunded because "they did do the installing". We paid a lot of money for this including pay for and AIRBNB while they installed and now we will have to pay additonal money to stay somewhere when they rip out the floor...
I am displeases with the way customer service at their corporate office "handles" this problem

Trying to contact anyone at the Kahului store all day--no one answers!! Automated system that transfers you to dept & no one answers?? What happened to customer assistance or customer service?? Unbelievable!! I do not like doing business with ANY company that doesn't answer their phone!!

I purchased a vinyl sliding door and it was not the correct door. I patiently waited several months for the correct door to be ordered and replaced and this is after several follow-up attempts in person and by phone to have this replacement order1 done.When it finally came in, it was installed but the screen door was missing its screws, etc. There were no parts to purchase separately at the store, therefore we needed to go through the vendor. That took almost a year after calling and going in to complain to Lowes to contact the vendor to have them send us the missing screws etc.
The big issue is the ball keep dropping and the excuses keep coming unending why the parts are not ordered. I was told I couldn't just call the vendor to order the parts, there was protocol they had to do. I spoke to the manager directly and still my problem was not resolved in a timely manner. Should I ever have a need to purchase another item for my home, I would not use Lowes. They need to improve their service.
