- HLHawaii First Realty LLCDec 4, 20181.0I have tolerated this company since 2010. I would not say they have done the great job, since I have to spent 20 minutes each time to do walk-thru for their finished works, area by area, room by room with constant pointing out to the team leader for their missing areas or redo the toilet, wash sink, kitchen counter, floor etc. The team leader was gracious of taking directions to fix. However, It is time to end the relationship, primarily their management style that has totally changed ever since Josh took over with “take it or leave it” attitude. This all boils down his insistent of annual 6.4% increase. If you are a working class, you should know better what kind of annual increase you received from the company nowadays, I mentioned to him about the most recent Hotel Union strike with settlement of 6% for housekeeper over 4 years period. His reply was we are not Hotel! The saddest thing is the increase was hardly pass on to the cleaning crew of this company that is still paid with the minimum wage.
- TMTodd MorganAug 17, 20174.0The Maids is a good company and I am happy with their service. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is consistency and the feeling I should check their work. They don't intentionally omit areas of the house I just think they work on a tight schedule and maybe it slips if they get behind. Overall, I am happy with this service.
