    Horrendous service. Avoid if at all possible. My mother went in to have a few keys copied. After handing him two keys to be copied, the attendant, Marc, returned only one key with its copy. When she inquired about the second key, he maintained that she had only handed him one key. He spoke to her in a patronizing fashion, as if she was crazy or confused. When she insisted that she had handed him a second key, he even offered to check security footage--naturally, there wasn't any for that part of the store. He continued to gaslight her into thinking that she only gave him one key. Eventually, my mother found the second key at his work station, set down on a shelf on the attendant's side of the kiosk, not the customer side. It was easily identified because she had marked all of the keys uniformly before bringing them in. Even after being confronted with the truth, Marc refused to apologize or take responsibility for his oversight. The customer service desk did little but pay lip service. Had my mother actually been someone easily confused, she might've walked away thinking that she had made a mistake, when it was actually Marc's fault. It is ridiculous that Lowe's would employ someone so disrespectful and unapologetic.

    My girlfriend and I visited Lowe’s last night and had a very uncomfortable experience with a security guard. He repeatedly approached me asking if I needed help or if I was lost, even after I made it clear that I was fine. It felt excessive and unnecessary. What made things worse was that he kept staring at my girlfriend in a way that made her feel uncomfortable. We were simply trying to shop, but the constant attention and behavior made the whole experience feel like harassment rather than customer service. It’s honestly sad because I used to come to this place when I was younger to buy parts, and I always had a good experience. Seeing how things have changed now is really disappointing. I understand that security has a job to do, but there is a line between being attentive and making customers feel targeted or uneasy. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes it seriously so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

    I’ve been a Lowe’s customer since they first opened, but this isn’t about a typical shopping experience. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot at the Honolulu location. I didn’t realize it until the next day—then got a call from Lowe’s letting me know one of their team members had found it and turned it in, completely intact. I just want to say thank you to the Lowe’s team for having people like this on staff. That kind of honesty stands out. I even offered a cash reward, but the team member declined. Really appreciate the integrity here.

    Thanks for the great customer service at the Iwilei store. Unlike other stores, I found the sales men and women very helpful. As a single woman, many home improvement or hardware stores discount me and dismiss me as not worth their time. Pox and James were helpful. Pox, even though it wasn't his main area was very friendly, well informed and courteous. The store appeared clean and well organized. Glad you have such wonderful people working there. Thanks for a great experience.

    I am shocked at my experience with this location. We spend so much money here purchasing appliances and the last experience I had we went to go pick up one of two stoves that we purchased. When we arrived the stove was on a lift to safely, put it into our truck, but when the associate tried to move it to our truck, the machine died so he then asked us to move the truck towards the machine which we did, but the machine wasn't lifted high enough for it to be even with the back of the truck bed the associate still tried to lift it onto the truck struggling so my boyfriend and cousin who are kind enough, tried to help move it to avoid breaking the stove and or damaging our truck. When my boyfriend went to help he sliced his finger really bad this wouldn't have happened if the machine was charged and able to rise up to the correct height of my truck bed. I reached out two times to customer service and no one has contacted me back the first time they didn't even push my ticket to the correct department. They just closed it out if I didn't contact them again it would've just sat there unseen as of today I am still waiting for some sort of response from them.
