- JNJenna NobleOct 19, 20255.0I had termite droppings in my greenhouse, near the door. I called several termite companies. They were the fastest to respond & sent someone out same day. Steven was great - punctual & communicative. Diagnosed the problem quickly & correctly - it was my door (not frame as I assumed) & I dropped off the door in the morning to be fumigated & picked up in the same afternoon. Best prices. Most efficient. It’s been several months later & still no termites. I waited several months to leave a review to ensure quality work. They are the best!
- RNRuth Niino-DuPonteJan 26, 20254.0Took 1 star off because the wait time to get a date is soooo long. We could have tried other companies but were loyal to the Onos. Their crew must read previous reviews because they did a great job. Came early and got started. Each of the 4 guys had respective responsibilities and the work was done thoroughly. Took about 3 hours to get the tent on. They gave us a safe-to-enter time for the next day. The gravel was all shoveled back nicely and my river rocks near each rain gutter drain were arranged better than they found it - really appreciated that, guys! There was a handwritten note on the door that stated safe entry time - the company should have a supply of preprinted ones with fill in the blanks to look more professional. Hopefully the termites stay away at least 2 years. Office staff was great with supplying bags and advice.
