- SMShabnam MoghalOct 5, 20261.0More than 1 month later and still waiting for a refund. We went in and purchased a mattress, got it home, realised it was the wrong size. Returned it same day for an exchange for the right size. There was a significant price difference so we waited in the store for a refund for a very long time because of a "new system" and will "talk to customer services" and "note the issue down" several times over several days. Today they tried to deliver the mattress which we've already exchanged on day 1 and bought home saying they also have to pick one up? Driver called customer services only to be told there are no notes on the issue! Also customer services will call me back. A few hours later and NO call back from customer service. What a surprise. Do NOT use Dreams Bed superstore in Crawley. Worst customer service ever.

I’ve had to make calls to chase and no delivery date given until today and I’m told it will be delivered 6 weeks after ordering. Not great when our 9 year now faces another 3 weeks without a bed. Little to no customer care once order is made and money paid. Very disappointing

Great little place with parking outside, great products like this tv bed, and prices that beat all others. With guarantees that other bed places do not have like exchange your bed after 30 days etc.
