  Claire, Michelle & Jonathon were extremely helpful at reception, answered all my questions and gave me a tour round the storage units ensuring I knew my way around. Little things but always make a big difference as a customer - 10/10

  I used Safestore when our removal company let us down and we had to move house. I hired a van and called Safestore at incredibly short notice. Michelle guided me through the entire experience over the phone; listening to my needs and kindly finding me a room of the right size and for the right duration. I only ended up needing the room for a day, but had to pay for 1 month. You'd think that was a bad thing but at the low price and excellent facility, I cannot fault Safestore. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again no problem.
