Their website promotes ample parking, but if you stay longer than 45 minutes without making a purchase, you may receive a parking charge. This was not made clear to me before my visit. When I queried the charge, I was simply told that the 45-minute limit applies unless you buy something. For a business selling kitchens, where customers often need time to browse, discuss options, and plan purchases, this policy seems unreasonable. Most retailers in Worcester offer free parking or allow significantly longer stays before any charges apply. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning, and I would not recommend the store to others. Consider alternative kitchen retailers instead.
