  Never usually write reviews but wanted to share my experience. This store was very welcoming, was greeted by Nicole who as I was unsure on what mattress to get suggested I try the sleep match machine. I was sceptical at first but after trying out the suggested types I found my perfect mattress. Was so impressed with Nicole's wonderful customer service and attention to my needs, I also bought a ottoman as mine is a bit worse for wear. All and all great place, great experience will definitely be back for all my future needs.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Used the sleep machine to find my perfect mattress. Ottoman bed and side tables were assembled in a few minutes by the drivers. Dreamy!

  I recently went into Dreams Worcester for a new mattress and couldn't of had a better experience, Leanne was brilliant, sorted me out with the sleepmatch machine to get some recommendations and then allowed me to try out as many of the mattresses as I wanted, including with a tempur comfort pillow which was so good I also ended up buying along with an extremely comfy mattress. Thank you!

  As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Nicole, and from start to finish she was great with us. We started on the machine to help suggest a mattress for us both, then offered a drink too whilst we tried the suggested beds. There was no hard sell, and finally decided on a bed suitable for us both. She was very patient with us as we went from one to the other before making our final decision. Purchasing our bed from Dreams today was a pleasure, and i can whole heartedly recommend them for anyone wishing to purchase a bed.
