- LLLucy Daniels (Lucy lou)Nov 14, 20231.0NO option for zero stars. I can't remember the last time I felt the need to write a review on a company, however our kitchen has been fitted nearly a year to the date and still hasn't been completed fully. The backsplash is not attached to the wall, there's a cupboard door which doesn't close and hasn't for nearly a year because it doesn't fit.. and trims peeling away on nearly every counter top. Pushed to my limits today with the promise of the fitter finally coming out to rectify (would like to point out, this isn't his fault) only to call and be told they can't find the panels required in the warehouse. AVOID PURCHASING a kitchen from this company. Quality is bad and customer service is worse again.
