Ian was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated that he was never pushy, giving us the time and space to make the right decision. He was very kind to my Mum, taking time to guide her through the Sleepmatch technology so she could find the mattress best suited to her individual needs. We would highly recommend asking for Ian if you’re looking for a new bed. Excellent customer service like his is becoming increasingly hard to find, and he is a real credit to the Dreams team.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
