- HHHannah1 day ago2.0Details of 100 night trial not explained when we asked about the availability of it. Even the terms and conditions don’t specify what the fee is, leaving us open to losing lots of money from something that felt like a bit of a security blanket. Can’t wait for the 30 days to be over so we can swap mattresses, we chose our mattress as it initially felt comfortable (with sales person hovering very close at all times) but after a short amount of time we’re waking up with crippling pain.

We started on their sleepmatch analyzer bed which matches the right firmness mattress to your body over a couple of minutes laying on a bed/turning on your side. This helped narrow our search down in store and save time. All the beds ‘firmness’ levels are colour coded to make things easy. Our assistant Ian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The range of mattresses is superb. We also tested a number of pillows to go with the mattress and Ian again helped in the decision making. I opted for the interest free credit to help spread the payments out over 30 months with approx 10% deposit. Whilst finalising the credit we were also offered tea/coffee. My intention was to shop around the Swansea/West area looking for/ trying mattresses. I am so glad Dreams was the first shop on my list. We ended getting the lot there- mattress (with free delivery), pillows, mattress protector and new duvet. Save yourself the hassle and go to Dreams first as last and get the right mattress for you. Great service and great product range.

Explained the different mattresses, gave us a choice of pillow to try the mattresses. We were even offered tea and coffee. ( No biscuits unfortunately). Explained everything fully and made sure that we were happy with everything. Really happy with the service and look forward to enjoying our mattress .

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
