  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ James was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of placing my orders. Even when I changed my mind and cancelled some items, he remained patient, professional, and happy to help. He took the time to reorder the items that suited us best and worked hard to give us a great deal. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received. James made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. All the staff at Dreams have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you to James and the whole team for providing such excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Went in yesterday as I wanted to try the sleep match to try and find a comfortable mattress.i was greeted by a lovely lady I think her name was Lindsay.she was so nice and friendly.she asked me some questions and put it into the machine.after the bed analyised me. There was a choice of mattresses to try.nothing was too much trouble. she helped me find some pillows also.we went round the store and I found a really comfy one. I said I would think about it.there was a discount this weekend.there was no pressure on me to buy now. I went back in today as I decided I wanted the mattress.all the staff were lovely.we ended up purchasing pillows and a duvet too.great value.a lovely experience.excellent customer service would highly recommend.my son came too he bought a new bed and pillows with duvet. Very happy customer.🙂
