I'm a side sleeper so a very firm bed should not have been recommended to me. Will be exchanging but I refuse to pay the £95 fee

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
