She asked if we needed help, and we said that we were happy just browsing for the moment. She offered us a drink, and assured us that she was there if needed. (Which was nice, as we did not feel pressured.) After looking around, Skye explained to us the benefits of using the Sleepmatch machine, which helped a great deal in showing us the exact mattress for our needs. A pillow was offered, as we tried a number of mattresses. We were delighted that we were able to find, and purchase a mattress that same day. We found Skye to be very polite, and more than helpful to make our experience highly satisfactory throughout our time in the store. (There should definitely be a 'Skye' in every Dreams store!)

Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I need a new mattress but I don't know where to start?
We spend roughly one third of our lives asleep, so it's essential to find the perfect one. Our website has some handy guides to explain all the different types of mattress, but if you would rather hear this face to face from one of our sleep experts in-store then pop along. I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
