- FCFrank CoughlanJul 30, 20261.0Paid for a mattress at the store and scheduled delivery date, however received no email confirmation of order. 3 days before delivery date, phoned customer service and they had no record of my order even though my money had been taken. New order was eventually set up, mattress arrived a week late and was covered in filth and had to be wiped down multiple times before going into the bedroom. Would not recommend.
