- ALAmy LeahAug 5, 20265.0In this morning to find a new bed and mattress, the service from Rob was some of the best service we’ve had in our life anywhere. Incredible technology shown to us with the AI bed, offered us hot drinks and gave us all our options. Did well to keep distance to not be over bearing but keeping an eagle ear out for our conversations with one another and jumping in with answers when necessary. Really great skill to have, made us feel so comfortable and no questions too much for him. Fantastic service absolute credit to your team
- RDRobz “CrazyRobz” DarkerJul 6, 20265.0Just want to say robert is incredible at his job and is so welcoming! He serves the 500 pound reward and a pay rise!! Got a great deal for a bed and pillows.
- KKKirchoff'sJun 28, 20265.0The consistency of the excellent service from every member of the team across all three visits speaks volumes about the culture at the Coventry Gallagher store. Their outstanding product knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made this one of the best retail experiences we have ever had. They are a true credit to Dreams, and we would not hesitate to recommend the store to our friends and family.
