  Horrendous mattress which didn’t even last a year and the bed had become so springy unbelievable. Dreams didnt take any responsibilities and the extended warranty of the mattress not worth the paper its written on. Will never shop at Dreams again unfortunately

  Decided to take our custom elsewhere- was made to feel really uncomfortable by the way a staff member spoke to us (younger lady/ginger) didn’t catch her name

  Lauren probably the worst and most unprofessional sales women I have come Across had an enquiry to return a pillow decided to go to another stone to explain I wanted to return a pillow which in my opinion is faulty the display was perfect everything I wanted in a product however the one bought is not the same as the stuffing is filled completely inside the pillow. I went to show the store in Perry bar the difference and they could visibly see that the display looked and felt different from the one bought.However because lauren the rude sales women in Erdington rang them up and convinced them not to return I was treaten with hostility and rudeness. She also over rode the mangers decision within the store from what I am aware she is not a manger so should not be getting involved in a enquiry which the manger should be sorting. To add insult she was patronising and smirking a very vile individual who should not be working in customer service. She brings down the customer service dreams is meant to have a very nasty person !

  Needing a new mattress and bed frame i decided to visit Dreams Erdington based on the excellent reviews. I was NOT disappointed! I was welcomed by friendly smiling staff who were more than happy to help me find what I wanted. Tracey spent over an hour with me whilst i hopped on and off mattresses explaining the features and benefits of each. Her knowledge was extensive and her personable friendly and honest nature shone through. So rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and is willing to give their undivided time and care in-store. Delighted to say Tracey helped me find my perfect bed and frame! I will be returning in the near future to purchase a new duvet and pillows! Thank you Team for such a positive experience!
