  From the start for enquiring and been talked through what we needed to do. The process was not as difficult as we thought. The lady that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, which made the whole process easier for us.

  Popped in today to send a dhl parcel, went to 4 different places before coming here and the manager Mark was so incredibly helpful! I’ll be recommending to all my friends for sending parcels and for storage! Thank you!!

  Couldn't have asked for more really. No issues and a very good level of customer service. Mark in particular was was very helpful in discussing what my requirements were and then dealing with me on site.
