- STSally TaylorMay 2, 20265.0Went into the Horsham Dreams store looking for a mattress, after we had first been into another bed shop in the town, where the service was atrocious, the saleswoman was disinterested, and the products were way overpriced. In Dreams, we were greeted by Kerryn who looked after us throughout. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and the level of service she provided was excellent, exactly as it should be but is sadly very rarely experienced these days anywhere. In future, we will always go to Dreams and will recommend it to everyone - and tell them to look out for Kerryn especially!
