  Spent nearly an hour trying tempur mattresses, after checking the spend and save deal applied to the mattresses we were looking at. This was also after spending an hour and a half in the staines store the day before. Then to be told after deciding on a mattress that the offer didn't apply to tempur. I showed them a photo from the Staines branch with the offer on the tempur mattresses, they then called the Staines branch and spoke to the person that helped us yesterday. They also said the offer didn't apply. I left the store, contacted the Staines branch, spoke to the same lady that told us the offer applied, she then denied her and her colleague saying that. Asked the Walton branch to.contact customer services for me, as it wasn't working on the website. One lady told me they had no way of contacting customer service/head office and when I said that was ridiculous, the other guy told me they were shut for easter. I then managed to get tge customer services number using Grok AI and spoke to head office (which David in store told me were closed) while speaking to customer services I went back in to get the names of the 2 staff members that lied about being able to contact customer services. At this point I was very frustrated, I didn't swear or anything, but was very blunt with my accusations of them lying to me. To which David said there was no reason to be rude. I said sorry I don't mean to be rude, but I'm frustrated. He kept talking over me saying I was rude, which frustrated me more, then condescendingly and with a sassy attitude, asked me if I wanted to leave the store. So I left. Would not recommend shopping at Dreams Walton or Staines

  Very good experience for us when buying a new mattress. We didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision. The member of staff, Paulina, was very friendly, helpful and patient. I would recommend Dreams Walton on Thames.

  Choosing our new mattress at Dreams was much easier than expected thanks to Idil,she was really very helpful, and showed us a number of mattresses for us to try and recommended us to do a sleep analysis. She did not rush us and was really friendly. My wife commented that it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had for a long time! We would recommend!

  Paulina was very helpful, nice bright happy welcome. Offered us drinks. Explained everything clearly, offered suggestions. Overall a very thorough and pleasant shopping experience. We will use you again.
