Arrived 10 min early to look around showroom and made ourselves known to staff. Was told the person we were seeing was out at the moment but would be back for our appointment. After waiting around for at least 20 min we made ourselves known to staff again. We were told by a very abrupt man that he was 'out' with a manger and to wait. Due to his attitude, general lack of interest in us and the fact that we had made special arrangements to be there we walked out. We were prepared to drop a substantial sum on a magnet kitchen, their loss! We went to Paul Newman kitchens which is near by and got a special service that only a small company can give. Wouldn't be shocked if this was another company to go under. Staff that don't care.
