  Total let down in every way, decided on base, mattress and headboard and proceeded with the order. I insisted that I required the bed within 2 weeks, 3 at a push which considering it’s a multi million pound bed supplying business which manufactures its own beds and mattresses in the uk (Stated on their website) I thought it to be a reasonable request. Salesman insisted this would be ok. Recieved my delivery date which was within the timeframe only to receive an email the day before delivery the bed could not be delivered and they would be in touch within 48 hours. We have now disposed of my 11 year old daughter’s bed ready for delivery. Ideal. 5 days passed and you guessed it, no email. Contacted the shop who told me the new delivery date was in four weeks, so we are now at 8 weeks and consequently no bed. I went to shop to try and resolve the problem by requesting another bed which I could have sooner only to be told they have a supply issue and the beds are stuck on a ship in the currently closed shipping lane in the Middle East. Now, Dreams manufacture their own beds in Oldbury and Leicester……. I’ve never dealt with such a group of incompetent liars and deceitful people in my life. The Arthur Daily’s of the bed world. I overheard the salesman promising delivery of the very same bed I wanted within two weeks, needless to say I interrupted the conversation with my experience and informed the potential victim not to bother, gladly they listened and walked out. Avoid at all costs.

  Had a wonderful experience here. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me and my partner find the perfect frame and mattress. They showed us beds in our price range and we felt absolutely no pressure to look at things that weren't in our budget which put us at ease.   Great customer service from Dave today, no pressure whatsoever but left purchasing a great mattress. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Many thanks.

  Great experience Gordon was fantastic. Very Helpful, offered a drink which was great. Showed us round suitable beds for our needs. Lovey fellow kind and helpful

  Fantastic team! Really pleased with the service I was given at the store, really friendly staff and even offered me a drink too! Something special about going into the store and feeling welcomed like you've just walked into someone's home, Gordon and Curtis were amazing help.
