From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome without being pushy. Their knowledge of the different mattresses was exceptional, and they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for before guiding us through the options. They explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right mattress rather than simply make a sale. The Sleepmatch assessment was really useful, and Ellie and Jimmy helped us compare several mattresses, explaining the differences in comfort, support, and construction in a way that was easy to understand.
