  Great service from Dream Beds in Tamworth. Hollie found the perfect mattress for us on the machine. Then a bed head to our budget. Delivery was within days of payment and fast, efficient delivery, on time and very thoughtful deliverymen.

  I've visited this branch a few times now, and every visit has been a genuinely positive experience. The customer service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. On one visit, I was looking for a new pillow and Katie took the time to ask the right questions and explain the different options. Thanks to her recommendation, I bought a Tempur Prima Cooling Pillow, and it's honestly the best pillow I've ever owned. I never realised how much difference the right pillow could make until I spoke to someone who really understood what they were talking about. On another visit, I was browsing for a new bed and Ben looked after me. He was friendly, attentive and easy to talk to, making the whole experience feel relaxed rather than like a sales pitch. He introduced me to the SleepMatch system, explained how it worked, and then took me through the beds that matched my results as well as a few of his own recommendations. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. It's clear the team genuinely know their products and want to help customers find what's right for them, rather than just make a sale. Ben and Katie were both fantastic, and their expertise and customer care really stood out. They're a real credit to the branch. Thank you all!

  I ordered twin single beds because I was promised a 3 week delivery slot. Then my delivery was moved to august21st. As I was expecting visitors by July 29th I with great difficulty was cancelling the order and getting a refund. You can't speak to customer services. Not taking calls. What a terrible way to treat customers and your shop staff. Changes of systems being an excuse. RUBBISH get your act together.

  10/10 service. We visited twice to test different mattresses and told Katie we were looking for an ottoman bed frame. When we came back to place the order, I forgot to remind her we’d chosen an ottoman bed, but she remembered it without me even mentioning it. Friendly, patient and excellent customer service throughout. Thanks Katie!

  Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff - how customer service should be! Both Katie and Leanne helped with our order and they arranged delivery (and collection of our old mattress) for a day that suited us. Any extra costs/services were clearly explained and optional - there was no 'hard sell' at any point from when we walked into the store until we (eventually) decided to purchase a mattress. The team that delivered/collected the mattresses were also very polite, efficient and respectful of our property. We would not hesitate to return to this store and will happily recommend them as it was a pleasure to receive such good service throughout our experience of buying a new mattress. As part of an offer with our new mattress purchase we were meant to receive a duvet from the manufacturer, however, after about a month we still had not received it. We contacted Katie and she sourced one for us to collect at the store - again on a date/time that suited us. Thanks again for the great customer service!
