I already knew what I wanted but tried the mattress technology to see which was the best. Luckily, my choice was perfect. The coffee was nice, and even got a cup of water because it was so hot. Brilliant store. Highly recommended.
- AAAlisonJul 7, 20261.0We were not impressed by our experience. We tried to ask about the delivery/price options for a mattress but were distracted by the sales rep on the computer. We wanted our old mattress recycling and the new one dropped off, not unpacked/fitted. The sales rep told us we would have to pay the £49.99 charge as we wanted the old mattress recycling and told us what the team would do with our mattress in our room, matter of fact. I trusted what was said and didn't actually check the receipt until later! Then, online I checked the prices and found we had been ripped off! The £40 charge was for the recycling and we shouldn't have had paid the extra £49.99 for the team to unpack and fit the mattress. So, we had to waste our time going back to get a refund. The sales rep should have listened to what we wanted and clearly explained the delivery options....
