They are not pushy on buying and give you the best advice on beds / mattresses based on what it is that you want. We were able to try out different mattresses and were given space to browse, which made the experience feel calm. We were served by a lady named Mina, who was very knowledgable and had great customer service. Mina asked the right questions, including sleeping habits and preferences. Delivery was arranged for 2 weeks and also for the bed to be set up. The bed and mattress are both amazing quality and we got a really good deal on these. Overall, dreams deliver a smooth, professional and genuinely helpful shopping experience. Thank you again to Mina for all of your help and finding us the perfect bed with no pressure to buy. Walked out the shop very happy and satisfied with the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
