From the moment we walked into the store, Sally was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without ever being pushy, and made the whole process of choosing a new bed really easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful Sally was. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice and kept the whole experience relaxed and stress-free. The bed itself is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. It’s clear that the service and customer care at Dreams Stafford really makes a difference, and Sally deserves a special mention for making our experience such a positive one. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
