Identified ideal mattresses for us and helped narrow down our choice. Not pushy at all took time to engage and advise and knew when to step back. Did not expect to buy our new mattress from the first shop we visited however due to the above comments we did.

We had visited a few weeks ago and Jane had helped us through using the mattress checking technology and talking us through options. Been back today and served by Tom- nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed a thoroughly lovely chat as we were being served. I totally recommend this store.

This helped us make our decisions; as well as using the sleepmatch technology in store to give us an idea of what types of mattresses would be best. Dina really looked after us and we would highly recommend dreams for that reason. Can't complain with the service at all.

We did the sleep analysis which then recommended some types of mattress for us. Jane took us around the store and showed us to the recommended mattresses for us. Jane was super knowledgeable and informative, she also gave us space to chat and try the mattresses. We're now looking forward to taking delivery of our perfect mattress. Tom came over to help us and guided us through choosing the right one, offering a great deal along with expert advice. He was very patient and took the time to clearly explain the differences between the options. We returned today to make the purchase, and as we arrived, Tom was just leaving. He kindly handed us over to Vicky, who assisted us with the final purchase and explained the warranty and delivery details thoroughly. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
