  We were assisted by Aman and we had a lovely experience buying our beds and mattresses. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and was always ready to assist no matter how many times we came back to choose what we wanted. We are very happy with our new beds and mattresses!

  Hi, I didn't think I would be writing a review like this especially about Dreams. First impression really good with Pritesh. He sold me a Therapur cool mattress. Not cheap, so was expecting the best night sleeps ever. However, the mattress was not cool as I expected, in fact I was feeling hot around the area my body touch the mattress. So! I called the branch and they said come in and exchange it for what you like. First they said the mattress could be faulty, lets eliminate that first. I said fine can you arrange for them to come and fix it. They said NO! we cant. YOU will have to call yourself. GREAT! so whats the point of you being here. They gave me the number and I called whilst in the branch, only to hear sorry we are closed for the night, It was only 4.30 but they close at 4pm. I checked all the mattresses but didn't like any. The ones that I did like were too expensive for me. I already spent over a grand. So I asked for a refund. "Sorry we cant give you a refund you will have to call customer service". I said you have nothing to offer me unless I spend another £500 plus so I would like my money back, its only been 2 weeks since I purchased it. "No sorry we can not do that". Again what is the point of you being here I should have just ordered online. I chose a store so I could get service, but there is no care and no service. Pritesh is a student he was caring, I could tell he would do something if he could. But the other guy was just emotionless and didn't really care. Sorry Dreams But I am disgusted with your service. I spent £1199.00 plus I bought the pillow for £75 and I still am not enjoying my sleep.

  We visited as we are just starting to get a feel for what mattresses may suit us and Harry was really good. He showed us a range of options and took time to talk through the differences and what would suit us. Would recommend visiting if you’re considering a new mattress.

  very friendly and helpful staff, plus a bed analyser you lie on that works out the best bed for you based on age, pain points, sleep position etc - great service and store!

  Just been into the Staines store, we bought 2 mattresses and a bed frame. Harry was excellent, really informative and his service was outstanding. Will definitely be back when we need any further beds.
