- SCSean ClareSep 7, 20265.0Such helpful staff (Lisa) really knowledgeable and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. A lot more in the store than I expected too, as I had an incorrect preconception as to what dreams could offer - how wrong I was.
- MCMaria ConatySep 3, 20265.0I wanted to thank Lisa for helping us today choose our replacement mattress. She was really polite and talked us through our different options. She wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses. She and her collegue Kyle assisted us exceptionally.
- LLLee LavSep 1, 20265.0Went in today to ensure I made the right choice of firmness for the mattress I bought online and I have to say, I wished I went in person. Kyle provided outstanding customer service and was exceptionally knowledgeable on the products. Hopefully HR see this review and give them some kind of credit as you have an absolute asset in the Reigate store. I won't be shopping anywhere else in the future.
- MTMichele TownerAug 10, 20265.0I had a great experience at Dreams Reigate thanks to Lisa. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to advise and explain all the different mattress options which made me feel confident in my choice of mattress. Delivery and pick-up of old mattress was seamless too. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams Reigate for their impeccable Customer Service from start to finish. Thank you Lisa.
