Abu and Mo provided outstanding customer service and made the whole mattress-buying process easy, informative, and enjoyable. Abu was the main member of staff assisting me, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed. He even offered me a cold glass of water while I was trying out different mattresses, which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel very welcoming. Abu took the time to show me a wide range of options and ensured I didn't feel rushed at any point. He encouraged me to try multiple pillows with different mattresses so I could find the best combination for a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was using the Sleepmatch machine, which helped identify the mattress best suited to my sleeping style and needs.
