She helped us decide what we needed, talked us through the options, was led by us on budget. She got the perfect balance between making herself available as and when needed without hovering about in an intrusive way. I always back off it there is a heavy sales pitch, there wasn’t….We bought the mattress and are awaiting delivery. Thanks Sarah….will look out for you next time.
