- CCChar Chartoday5.0Brilliant customer service from Farhan in the Wimbledon store. He was very knowledgeable and also very patient as I was in the store for quite a while trying out various mattresses. I returned the next day with my daughter. Mohammed did the machine test (who is also very friendly) and Farhan th n took over helping my daughter to find the right mattress for her. We both left happy and stress free with new mattresses. I will won't hesitate to visit again in the future and hen looking for a bed.

We were put through the bed machine, which told us what mattress our body is adaptable with, but, I went there knowing what I wanted, and that is exactly what we got. We didnt feel pressured or anything, which was how it should be, I couldn't make up my mind, so he left us for a while, until my mind was made up. He explained about the various Mattresses that we did look at but I always went back to a certain one. We did purchase the one that felt just right, the certain one. We would like to say Thank you to the Assistant for his help and expertise and also Thank you to the manager. Very nice clean well presented store.

The only reason for the 4 star and not 5, was where head office/infrastructure outside the shops control let them down - not the stores fault at all.

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.

I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
