He helped me use the bed machine to establish which was the best firmness. He was on loan from the Clapham store! Hope you can note that he got the sale (in theory even if not on the day!)
- HHHollie HartAug 19, 20262.0They only got 2 * from me based on the great sales lady we had. She took time to find what we wanted and really put the effort in with us. It then went downhill from when we paid. We waited 12 weeks for a confirmed delivery spot, we made the store aware our house move had stalled and we needed to push back delivery, the store manager changed the delivery day for us. Two days later I get an email they’ve cancelled our order and were keeping £1500! I argued this and told them they had cancelled for an unknown reason not me I was not going to allow them to keep my money. After multiple emails back and forth they agreed to refund the other £1500. I was promised on 22nd July my refund had been processed and it would take up to 14 days. It’s now 4 weeks later - no refund, 6 emails sent with no response, can’t get through on the live chat or the phone as they’re only offering a call back service.

I can't believe customers and staff have to put up that type of condition. Is it even legal? We got halfway up the stairs had to turn back as it was so hot, like a furnace. We couldn't view or purchase any products. We are returning customers but we had to walk out. This did meet my Dreams.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
