  From start to finish we felt our needs were important and Jonathan explained everything very clearly. The testing machine was seemingly extremely clever (or an excellent gimmick) whichever it identified what was best for us and the mattresses we tried across the range certainly felt good. All options for finance were very clear although not required and the protective extras were well explained and not overly pushed to purchase - I did myself a lovely new Tempur pillow to go with the mattress. Not purchased from Dreams before and would certainly recommend the Weston -super- mare store.

  We bought a bed from Dreams back in 2022 with a Therapur Mattress including Bed Cover…fast forward 4 years the mattress showed defects..cue the use of Bed Cover and advice to head back to Dreams as the mattress was now obsolete and no longer available for like for like replacement….. ….heading into Dreams Weston Super Mare, in comes the hero of the story, Jonathan, like a knight heading to storm the castle and rescue the damsel in distress! Tentatively listening to the issue, offering drinks (tea/coffee/water)..suggesting use of the Sleep Match system to help identify the best options available, several mattresses were tried ranging from a replacement Therapur, Flaxby, Sealy and Tempur. Patiently working with us to whittle down the choices it came down to the newer model of the TheraPur Actigel (Tundra 5000)..or the Tempur Pro Air SmartCool Plus 25cm Medium Firm….while awaiting the outcome from the Bed Cover Claim, there was a tear shed when the realisation that we would have to pay more for the new mattress…following several more visits to Dreams on each occasion being welcomed by the ever helpful and knowledgeable Knight (Jonathan)..it was decided Tempur Pro Air SmartCool Plus 25cm Medium Firm was the choice…finally we had a result..3 days in following the mattress delivery a trip back to Dream's another conversation with Jonathan..more offers of drinks…and the discussion and the marvel of science discussing how long it needed to settle, talks of pillows…further science and the additional purchase of a Tempur Cloud Air Smartcool Medium Pillow…finally all sorted..broke but sleeeping like a baby! Thank you Jonathan for your help, support and patience.

  Top class service, Andy was more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Showed us all suitable mattresses and offered drinks. Top bloke!
