The sales assistant got us to lay on their test-bed (sleep match) to figure out what sort we needed. A bit strange, but really comfy. Then, we got given a few pillows and were pointed in the direction of a couple of mattresses. It felt like we were basically just told the info on the signs, but there wasn't really any explanation about it. E.g. why does spring count matter, what's the minimum you need, etc. Ended up going next door to Bensons, having everything explained, and bought a mattress there that day instead. Edited to add: thanks for taking the time to reply :)

I was served by a girl called Jane who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer any questions I had and guide me in the right direction. At no point did I feel under pressure or hassled, a pleasure to deal with.

Gareth was brilliant and really patient with no high pressure sales tactics. Let me go at my pace while trying the different styles. He set up a machine that told me what type of mattress I needed and I have to say it wasn’t wrong. I’ve not slept as well as this for years. Thanks Gareth for your time and patience. The bed was delivered on time and set up quickly. I also used the service where they took my old bed away which was another thing I didn’t have to worry about. Thanks again buddy I will defo be back when I need another new one.
