From the moment we arrived, Shaun approached us in a friendly and professional manner, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. After we explained that we’d had some trouble with a recent mattress purchase, he was genuinely eager to make things right for us, which immediately put us at ease. Shaun introduced us to the sleep match machine and explained the entire process in great detail, making sure we fully understood how it worked and how it would help find the right mattress for our needs. Once the machine identified a suitable option, he guided us over to test the mattress in person, again taking the time to go through every detail and answer all of our questions thoroughly. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly exceptional. We couldn’t fault Shaun at all—he was fantastic from start to finish. Thanks to his help, we feel confident in our choice and are really looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress. A brilliant service all round!

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
I need a new mattress but I don't know where to start?
We spend roughly one third of our lives asleep, so it's essential to find the perfect one.
