  Excellent service at Dreams Telford thanks to Indy. From the moment we arrived, Indy was welcoming, professional, and really attentive to our needs. They guided us through the different choices with patience and genuine knowledge, helping us find exactly the right fit without any pressure. The whole experience felt smooth, relaxed, and well looked after from beginning to end. Outstanding customer care and a great representative for the store.   I had been looking for a single mattress for my son for sometime and on Sunday afternoon my son & I where walking around Telford retail park On passing Dreams we thought that it would pay to go in and have a look around on entering we where met with a smile & a warm welcome by Claire one of the sales team, on explaining to Claire what we had been looking for but also mixed feelings on whether a firm or medium mattress would be best for my son Claire took the lead and went through all the options available with my son with great advice & allowing my son to try all the appropriate mattresses with a pillow making sure he took his time to see which felt best for himself Claire also showed my son the difference and make up of each mattresses and gave him a good understanding of this he is autistic & loved the fact that Claire gave him the time and attention & also offered a drink which he gladly accepted On choosing the right mattress and heading over to pay Claire went through all the details on how to care for my son’s mattress & the good advice necessary for the delivery service 👍 All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would well recommend dreams to all👌
