- TWTomasz WAug 20, 20261.0We went to Dreams Telford to buy new mattress. We were wondering around for a bit and nobody paid any form of attention to us. We went to desk where quite bored looking guy sat playing with his phone. He showed us some mattresses but he was quite unfriendly, distanced and talked too fast. He gave us all information we needed. We have ordered mattress but both we felt it was not a pleasant experience with Indy. When we lived in Oldbury and used Dreams there, it was always great experience from staff, here was quite opposite. It was more like we were a nuisance to them. Other guy who sat next desk to Indy was quiet until we didn’t want pay extra for mattress warranty, started offering pills, duvet etc. I can see most of reviews are great. I can’t give Dreams Telford 5 star unfortunately. Due to delays in delivery we have cancelled order. 0 starts this time for Indy who shown lack of interest and : can’t be bothered attitude towards us.

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
