    I am sure this will be deleted because only five stars review seem to be seen on this site. We have not had the most enjoyable experience with Dreams infact its been a nightmare. We ordered two bases/mattresses/headboards totaling £1,187.00. We arranged a delivery date a month after the purchase. We were sent an email on the 15th August 2026 confirming the delivery for the 19th August 2026 on the 18th August the day before delivery we received an email informing us they were not able to deliver the beds and we would be contacted within the next 48 hours. Having not been contacted my husband telephoned customer services on the 20th August 2026 and after a three hour call back wait was contacted only to be told we could not have delivery until a month later. This was unacceptable to us and we decided to cancel the order but it has not been easy. There is no email that you can send a message to. We went back to the store only to be treated with disrespect and disreguard. Two members of the store told us they would send an email confirming cancellation and refund one being the manager, we received nothing. It seems they don't want you to have anything in writing so your hands are tied. Also they were not interested in solving the problem with grace and understanding. We felt the manager could not get us out of the store quick enough before we put other customers off buying. Infact the manager locked the front doors so no new customers came in while we were there. I had to leave by a side door, I have never been treated in such a disrespectful way. We are not rude or bad mannered people infact we are both in our seventies and would have hoped to be treated with respect.

    Fantastic service at Dreams Shrewsbury. Baz was so helpful. We were first assessed by the computerised bed and then we tried a variety of matresses befor selecting the best one for us. The cup of tea was very welcome. Looking forward to receiving our new matress.
