We were greeted by Paula who was so friendly and helpful! She took us through the sleep match process which was really good. I recommend trying that if you’re not quite sure where to start with buying a mattress. We were shown a range suitable to what we needed and Paula was really knowledgeable, sincere and helpful and at no point pushy! We are now excitedly awaiting delivery of our new mattress.
