Avoid at all costs (not about the shop staff they are lovely)

I felt like I was chatting with friends they were so easy to chat with. They were professional, and the bed and mattress choices were great. The whole process was quick, easy, and fun. Dale and the other delivery gentleman were absolutely brilliant too. They were also friendly and professional from the start, and took no time at all in carefully getting everything upstairs and putting it all together. They were fab!! A huge thank you to the Dream team for making my bed purchase and delivery easy, professional, and honestly fun. The bed is great quality and exactly what I wanted. I can't thank you enough for the outstanding customer service you've all provided! Thank you so much.

We were greeted by Paula who was so friendly and helpful! She took us through the sleep match process which was really good. I recommend trying that if you’re not quite sure where to start with buying a mattress. We were shown a range suitable to what we needed and Paula was really knowledgeable, sincere and helpful and at no point pushy! We are now excitedly awaiting delivery of our new mattress. It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
