  The service was great from Dreams, Rotherham. We were dealt with by Catherine, who was really personable, patient and very down to earth. She made our mattress purchase really smooth and efficient. We were also extremely impressed by the Sleepmatch machine in store which really helped us narrow down our options based on our bodies and how we lay/sleep, saving so much time and confusion. Really happy customers! Thanks again!

  Called at the Dreams store in Rotherham earlier this week. We were met by Cath. We’d been in other bed stores and was prepared for the pushy sales. However the staff in dreams were amazing, excellent in fact! Very knowledgeable and that helped us narrow down what we liked and needed. We also had a go on the sleep machine that was amazing. We were aloud to try the beds and given time to try again and talk about our thought. We will definitely be back to order when we have a moving date. Thank you Cath for your wonderful service.

  Had a lovely experience at this particular store. Louise and Anita were amazing in particular and made me and my partner instantly feel at ease. We tried out the sleep machine and were able to find the perfect mattress and bed for us. As first time buyers they were extremely happy to help and give us advice. We were instantly offered warm drinks and had mentioned we would have to come back after checking our measurements which they were fine with. Our quote was saved and we were able to go back and complete the purchase. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a new bed or bed accessories!

  Brilliant staff. John, Louise and Anita talked us through everything. We had aimed for a super king sized bed but Anita said we would need 190cm clearance on our stairs (for the mattress we chose) for that to happen. Nobody had mentioned this before at other shops so they had prevented a huge problem. Will shop with them again

  Brilliant staff at Parkgate. They are there to help and support you in finding the right mattress. Very knowledgeable indeed no pushy sales people. Who knew there was so many differences between each mattress. I would definitely suggest going on the sleepmatch machine and spending some time with a member of staff so you get it right first time. Anita was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would definitely recommend.
