- FPFrazer PacySep 16, 20261.0Popped in today to have a look at a bed I'd seen online. This is how it went. Member of staff: hello can I help? Me: I've just come to show my brother a bed that I want to get Me and my brother have a look around the bed for literally 1 minute before we notice it's got usb ports rather than type c. Me: do you know if there is an updated version of this bed as it's got usb ports and would like type c Member of staff: I've got no idea. (She pauses while I look at her at bit shocked at her response she then says. I've got absolutely no idea. Me to my brother..... Well I guess that's the end of conversation and go on to say... So she can hear me " how rude was that" This is 100% genuinely how it went I want to buy a £4200 (possibly plus, as I've not even decided a mattress yet) and that is all the help your staff are able to offer "I've no idea" I very nearly decided to sack Dreams off altogether after that but I did no more I went to Doncaster store and thank god I had the absolute opposite service. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.
